Congruence Pty Ltd is a consultancy specialising in the development of psychological assessment tools for use in the career development and life transition of individuals and groups in counselling, educational organisational and rehabilitation contexts. Ancillary services include training, counselling, organisational consultancy, research and psychological assessment. Professor Robert Pryor is the Director of Congruence. He has over 30 years experience in the field having taught at various universities, spoken at numerous national and international conferences published over 150 research reports and over 80 journal articles, constructed over 20 psychological tests and assisted literally thousands of personal clients since 1974.
